It is with heavy hearts that we must inform you that Inmate Money Express will be temporarily suspending all operations. Due to circumstances beyond our control involving external constraints, we are unable to continue accepting new customer orders at this time.

Important Information for Current Customers

Order Processing: We have established a final cutoff date for order processing. Any orders received after this cutoff will be fully refunded within 5-7 business days.

Pending Orders: All orders placed before the cutoff date will be processed and completed as scheduled. You will receive confirmation as usual.

This decision was not made lightly. We understand how important our services have been to you and your loved ones, and we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The relationships we've built with our customers have meant everything to us, and we are grateful for every opportunity we've had to serve you.

While we are suspending operations for now, we remain hopeful that circumstances may change. If we are able to resume services in the future, we will notify our customers through email and updates on this website.
